Thanks for coming back to see the juicy details that are: The Herbel Wedding Blog – Part Two! If you missed Part One of the Herbel Wedding and their gorgeous, private estate wedding in Salem, OR, you can see that by visiting the following link:  The Herbel Wedding Blog – Part One. After all that hard work getting ready and getting married, they were definitely due for some time alone…of course followed by party time! We had a little more fun with the entire wedding party, since they didn’t get to see each other (without blindfolds on!) before the ceremony, we had to grab a few shots of them all together. I told you that was a cool first look huh?! I didn’t want to spoil the surprise, but rather let you scroll down and find out for yourself. We whisked Amanda & Zach out into a nearby field of blooming flowers and had our way with them…photographing them that is Read More

Welcome back for more wedding goodies! If you guys missed our last wedding at the sunny Bahia Hotel in San Diego, CA, you can certainly just head on over and take a peek. San Diego Beach Wedding at the Bahia Hotel – Part One & San Diego Beach Wedding Reception at the Bahia Hotel – Part Two. I have to preface this blog post: I believe this is one of the most amazing weddings we’ve had the pleasure of shooting this year. The venue was a private estate just south of Salem, OR, and it was mind-blowingly stunning. At times, we are limited by venues…but this time, the venue challenged us to keep up with it! Hence, Part One of the Herbel Wedding: The property featured a large pond, complete with waterfalls that begin at the upper terraces. The altar was set on a dock protruding into the pond, and the ceremony seating was arranged on a large, paved area Read More

Engagements

Amanda & Zach are an amazing couple; they’re fun and adventurous. They wanted to have photos taken at Detroit Lake, OR, but on the way we stopped at a pizza place in Mill City, OR that holds a lot of sentimental value for them. We ended up doing most of the shoot in Mill City since the scenery was just so beautiful. There were several bridges crossing the scenic river and the leaves were turning…what a nice time to be in the North-West. We look forward to their wedding this coming Summer in Salem, OR. Enjoy the photos..
