We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Stefany and Steve over the past year, and they are such a gorgeous couple. Their splendid Catholic ceremony at Nativity Church in Torrance was no exception. The above image – a soft kiss in black and white – shows the tenderness & loving nature of Stefany and Steve’s relationship.
Part One of our blog opens with the girls prepping in a suite at the Downtown Long Beach Hilton, which had an awesome view of the city & the port. A confident Stefany beaming into a hand mirror — she knows she looks absolutely stunning! Add some dazzling jewelry and delicate pink roses, and our bride is ready to turn heads. Meanwhile, Steve’s proud father helps him straighten into his suit. The cream tie and slim jacket create a sophisticated and timeless look.
Their ceremony is full of smiling faces. Stefany’s father walks her down the aisle and plants a tender kiss on her forehead before presenting his daughter to her husband. Later, he can be seen wiping away as a tear as he and Stefany’s mother becomes overwhelmed with emotion. Their priest delivers a meaningful, and at times, funny, homily – you’ll have to watch their feature film (coming soon) to hear all his loving & funny moments he speaks about. I don’t want to give too much away, but Stefany’s father delivers some of the most emotional & moving words I’ve ever heard during their reception. It’s hard not to tear up during that part of their film!
In Part Two of the Gofus Wedding Blog, we’ll see the portraits of the couple and their bridal party. We’ve got some fun shots using the architecture of the church where Stefany and Steve’s love really shines through. We’ll also show off the reception, featuring a live mariachi band, lots of dancing, delightful & heartfelt speeches, and a celebration they will never forget!
